Variety Summary

The repunching of the date for this obverse is quite minor. The die crack on the left side of the reverse is initially severe from the denticles to the wreath, with the remainder of the die crack moderately sized in comparison. Small die break forms around the crack at 9:30 inside the wreath. Perhaps a later die state of the reverse will bring forth a cud in the area defined by the die crack from 10:30 to 9:00. Comments by David Poliquin.

Additional Notes

Obverse

Repunching is evident inside the upper loop of the 6, to the north.

Reverse

Reverse F is cracked at two locations:
1. Light die crack from the denticles at 5:30 into the ribbon end and olive leaf.
2. Die crack from the denticles at 10:30 through the wreath and exiting into the denticles at 9:00.
