Variety Summary

There are two great doubled die reverses on 1889 Indian cents, this variety has the greater seperation. While looking at reverse 89 Indians, you should keep an eye out for the double off center clash reverse.

Doubling.
Doubling shows as a dramatic westward spread on the veins and leaves on the right side. the arrow tips, ribbon, lower left leaves, top left side of the wreath, shield and ONE CENT.

Die scratch from the rim at 4 o'clock through the C of AMERICA.
