Variety Summary

The misplaced 2 between the ribbon and hair-curls extends into the field very nicely. The bottom of another 2 can be seen between the 7 and 2 in the date, which could be argued as an RPD or MPD either way because it is so wildly misplaced.

Additional Notes

Obverse

Misplaced Date
The bottom of the 2 between the 7 and 2 in the date is so far north, it would have to also be classified as a MPD. The bottom of a 2 is also seen protruding into the field between the end of Liberty's ribbon and her hair-curls.

Reverse

Seen paired with a Bold N and the fourth Shallow N reverse, 1872 DIE-004, which indicates that they could have been used simultaneously.
