Die crack through top of ITED STATE. Die scratch through BE of LIBERTY.
Reverse
Die crack from the wreath at 9 o'clock to the rim at 8 o'clock then 5 o'clock, then up through the wreath to 1 o'clock. Die crack from the rim at 11 o'clock down through the wreath to 9:30.
