This die state is worthy of notice mainly because of the crack through the 1 in the date, but the multitude of die cracks makes it even more desirable. This variety should be easy to spot in any grade. This obverse is paired with two reverses, one of which includes several die cracks and an internal die break or cud. Specimens with the broken reverse die are more appealing.
If a specimen were found that included a bisecting die crack, it would be quite demanding.
