Obverse

Class I, Rotated Hub Doubling CW.
Doubling shows as a CW spread on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and the tail feathers. Minor doubling seen on the eye. Die defect is connecting the ED of UNITED to the rim, and the the first S of STATES to the rim.

Die scratch from the rim through the second A of AMERICA. LDS - The die defect on the S extends half way through the S. Rim cud between 8 and 9 o'clock.
