The reverse is quite interesting in regards to the vast amount of lint hub-throughs seen within the wreath and the shield. The hub-throughs are not partially concealed by the design, which indicates that the lint on either working hub or working die was present during the last hubbing of the reverse. – David Poliquin
Obverse is observed with what appears to be the base of a 1 digit embedded in the bust truncation.
Reverse is observed with many small lint hub-throughs in the wreath and shield. In addition, reverse L has developed a die crack in the right wreath from the ribbon end at 5:00 to 3:00.
